Sitting within five acres of land, our farm is well known by people who rear poultry.
We typically have around 1,500 Point of Lay Pullets on site, supplying beautiful birds to breeders and backyard chicken keepers.
In recent years, we have tried to encourage nature’s rich diversity by undertaking extensive planting and hedging. Now we are home to a range of wildlife, including Hedgehogs, Frogs, Wild Birds and Barn Owls.
When people turned to us for fresh local produce during the Covid-19 Pandemic, we realised it was time to invest and expand The Farm Shop.
In a bid to keep moving forward, we have designed and built a new packing room area with walk-in cold store so we can keep produce fresh and at a constant ambient temperature of between 1C and 2C.
To provide something extra special for our loyal customers, we have also established partnerships with some of the highest-quality local food producers in Yorkshire – and we cannot wait to bring their fabulous fare to your table.
